SwanCap, an independent alternative asset management firm, has opened a branch of its AIFM-license Luxembourg management company SwanCap Investment Management S.A. in Milan.
SwanCap Milan office is operating in Italy under the European AIFMD passporting regime, providing discretionary portfolio management and investment advisory services in the alternative asset class.
The establishment of the Milan office is instrumental to provide our clients and investors with strengthened local advisory insight and deal making capacity in a key regional market.
The Italian team will be headed by Cesare Buzzi-Ferraris enjoying more than 15-year of experience in the corporate finance and private equity investment activity with the largest local financial institutions.
