Our Funds
In 2013, SwanCap closed its debut fund, Private Equity Opportunities Fund I (“Swan I”), above target with capital commitments of ~€850 million, and with the participation of a range of blue-chip institutional investors.
- Investment Strategy: Multi-strategy approach combining Primary Fund Commitments, attractive Direct Co-Investment opportunities and high-conviction Direct Secondary Transactions in addition to an attractive seeded portfolio;
- Investment Focus: Europe & North America; Mid-Market to Large-Cap;
- Investment Status: Fully committed and in harvest mode.
In 2014, SwanCap closed its second fund, Private Equity Opportunities Fund II (“Swan II”), above target with capital commitments of ~€600 million and the participation from numerous blue chip institutional investors.
- Investment Strategy: Multi-strategy approach combining compelling Primary Fund Commitments, attractive Direct Co-Investment opportunities and high-conviction Direct Secondary Transactions on top of an attractive seeded portfolio;
- Investment Focus: Europe & North America; Mid-Market to Large-Cap;
- Investment Status: Fully committed, in realisation mode.
In 2017, SwanCap closed its third-generation multi-strategy fund, Private Equity Opportunities Fund III (“Swan III”), above target with capital commitments far in excess of the €400 million target.
- Investment Strategy: Multi-strategy approach combining compelling Primary Fund Commitments, attractive Direct Co-Investment opportunities and high-conviction Direct Secondary Transactions on top of an attractive seed portfolio;
- Investment Focus: Europe & North America; Mid-Market centric;
- Investment Status: Fully committed, in deployment mode.
In 2019, SwanCap closed its first fully dedicated co-investment fund, Private Equity Co-Investment Opportunities Fund IV (“Swan IV”). Swan IV closed above the €300m target commitments.

- Investment Focus: Europe & North America; Mid-Market to Large-Cap;
- Investment Status: In its investment phase.
In 2020, SwanCap closed its fourth-generation multi-strategy fund, Private Equity Opportunities Fund V (“Swan V”), above target with capital commitments far in excess of the €400 million target.
- Investment Strategy: Multi-strategy approach combining compelling Primary Fund Commitments, attractive Direct Co-Investment opportunities and high-conviction Direct Secondary Transactions on top of an attractive seed portfolio;

In 2024, SwanCap closed its second fully dedicated co-investment fund, Private Equity Co-Investment Opportunities Fund VI (“Swan VI”). Swan VI closed above the €300m target commitments.
